Black Givre est un projet solo créé à Montréal en 2012 par Samuel Bobony, un artiste sonore, musicien et compositeur de pièces explosives qui combinent batterie, textures sonores échantillonnées et synthétiseurs.
Il a réalisé plusieurs albums, performés devant public lors de festivals et de tournées nationales et internationales, dont Errance et mépris (La Cohu, 2018). Son nouvel album Imaginaire Drumscape a été publié chez Jeunesse Cosmique en 2024.
En 2014, son vinyle Autorail (Jeunesse Cosmique, 2013) a été récompensé d’un Prix GAMIQ dans la catégorie du meilleur album expérimental de l’année.
Black Givre a régulièrement performé dans le cadre de tournées présentées au Canada, aux États-Unis, en France, en Allemagne, en Pologne, au Danemark et en Norvège.

Black Givre is a solo project created in Montreal in 2012 by Samuel Bobony, a sound artist, musician and composer of explosive pieces that combine drums, sampled sound textures and synthesizers.
He has produced several albums, including Errance et mépris (La Cohu, 2018), which he has performed in front of audiences at festivals and on national and international tours. His new album Imaginaire Drumscape was published by Jeunesse Cosmique in 2024.
In 2014, his Autorail vinyl (Jeunesse Cosmique, 2013) was awarded a GAMIQ Prize in the category of best experimental album of the year.
He has performed regularly on tours presented notably in Canada, the United States, France, Germany, Poland, Denmark and Norway.
